Job Description

Deploying various methodologies to analyze various business processes, recommending modifications to minimize escalations, reduce rejection, realize operational efficiencies, control variability & costs
Designing procedures for business operations entailing mapping business processes and studying workflow to design solutions, ensuring business functionality adherence and enhancing competitive advantage.
Requirement Gathering through meetings with users, analyzing their Business Requirement documents (BRD) and prepare Functional Requirement Document (FRD)
Providing functional knowledge to Development and Quality assurance team of Vendor.
Sanity testing of the deliveries being made, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as percentage for rejections, quality improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms, etc.
Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms with minimum TAT.
Interfacing with clients for understanding their requirements & suggesting the most viable solutions / products and cultivating relations with them for customer retention & securing repeat business.
Setting out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while adhering to the SLAs and work processes.
Ensuring continuous interaction with the customer to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels.
Strong believer of data analysis to do RCA and usage of Technology / Process to enhance customer experience.
Managing grievance redressed unit of the company to ensure customer satisfaction and effective implementation of processes leading to future grievances.
Performing and managing day to day branch operations activities such as data entry, QC, Banking, Recon, MIS Publishing, Endorsements, and Cancellations etc.
Regular updations & discussions with the Central Underwriting Team of Process & Various Guidelines and downloading the same at Branch level.
Provide resolutions to the various queries related to Process, Underwriting& Guidelines of branches and give approvals in system related to various exceptional requests.
Ensuring compliance with requirements under various acts governing Insurance regulations.
Preparing & presenting various weekly/monthly MIS reports pertaining to process and productivity

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 8,00,000 PA.
