Job Description

1. Effectively handling and resolving issues related to /clients and franchisees.
2. Ensuring timeliness in account transfer and share transfer.
3. Effectiveness in ensuring coordination with various departments.
4. Efficiency and timeliness in sorting out problems of the clients related to their trading, branch and sub brokers.
5. Accuracy and timeliness in maintaining all records regarding addition, deletion, updation of the data related to research SMS.
6.Efficiently managing the deals with vendors.
7. Effectively handling and managing all back office related issues.
8.Handling back office executive software.

Required Candidate profile

 1. Should be strong communication skills.

2. Basic knowledge of share broking industry.

3. Should be graduate.

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 PA.
