*Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of the manpower requirements of the company.
*Working closely with the Regional Heads & HODs to get the adequate understanding of the Manpower Requirements.
*Providing the manpower to the organization within defined timeline with the help of all the available resources like Job Portal, Employee Reference, Headhunting, Campus Placement and Advertisement.
*Screening of the candidates profile at the initial stage and arranging various walk-in interviews wherever and whenever required.
*Ensuring complete follow-up with BM's & ZM's to keep a track of status of the candidates.
*To ensure Assessment sheet is filled for each Interviewed candidate.
*Responsible to collect all the documents from the selected candidates to process their joining formalities.
*Ensure timely approvals to roll-out the offer to the candidate.
Salary: INR 1,00,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
