Desired Profile :   Financial Planner

Experience : Must have minimum 3+ years of experience
Location  : Pusa Road, Karol Bagh (West Delhi)

Please find below job description for Financial Planner


Ø Interacting with prospects & clients referred by Wealth Managers to get relevant data from them in order to prepare a financial plan for them

Ø Have the discipline to calendarize the preparation dates of plans to re-visit these plans again to do quarterly & yearly reviews

Ø Accompany wealth managers with the objective of presenting these plans & engineer calls to action so that recommendations suggested in the plans are executed

Ø Answer ongoing queries from clients as it relates to these financial plans.

Ø Must have knowledge on unlisted stocks, PE/VC Funding and Debt market.

Ø Carrying out portfolio analysis and re-balancing.


ü Should have independently prepared detailed financial plans for HNIs in the past

ü Have the ability to extract data via conversation/email/In-person meeting with prospects/clients so that a robust financial plan can be prepared for them

ü Have exceptional analytical, presentation & negotiation skills to be able to present these plans to these prospects/clients when accompanying the wealth manager for these meetings

ü A persuasive and articulate communication style is helpful.

ü Should be able to do portfolio rebalancing and analyze portfolio with different securities.

ü Have the self-confidence to be able to sit in front of very wealthy people & communicate with confidence

ü Should have worked with financial planning software & other financial tools in order to prepare financial plans

ü Should have a good understanding of concepts such as:  Asset Allocation, Diversification, Cash flow analysis, Retirement Planning, HLV & Other insurance concepts, Knowledge of General Insurance & Health Insurance,  Wills & Trusts,  Tax Sheltered Investments, Employee Benefits

ü Have the flexible mindset to accommodate changing client needs & special circumstances such as college tuition, growing families, change of income stream, stock options etc.

ü Keeping up with market trends and financial regulations/laws changes

ü Ability to use databases and conduct financial research, in addition to excellent math skills are will be valuable qualities.
