Desired Profile : Head (HOD )
Experience : Must have minimum 8+ years of experience
Compensation : Depends candidate + Incentive + Mobile Allowance + Travel Allowance

Job Location : Lucknow & Patna

JD:

1. Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory
2. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
3. Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
4. Report on sales activities to senior management
5. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
6. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
7. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
8. Compiling and analyzing sales figures
9. Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 8 to 15 Years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Impeccable profile with high professionalism.
Good experience in Sales
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.
A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter.
Initiative and enterprise
