Understanding the requirements and Sourcing, Screening profiles, short listing the candidates for preliminary interview.
Sourcing right candidates through Job Portals,Headhunting, Networking & Employee Referrals etc.
Regularly maintain and update candidate tracker.
Ability to handle multiple requirements for recruitment at a time
Ability to handle bulk hiring
Key skills :
Good written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility in a changing, fast-paced environment with multiple work demands.
Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
High level of Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
