We are looking Sales Team Leader

Location: Noida / Gurgaon / Bangalore

Job Purpose: To maximise sales revenue and volume in a given territory/ area by effectively leading and guiding a team of sales agents. Also act as a single point contact on a Project that he / she leads the delivery operation for

Relevant Experience: BBA Graduate with 6 years experience or an MBA Graduate with 4 to 8 years of experience in Sales in Real Estate sector, with some exposure to primary sales.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy

+ Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory

+ Train and evaluate the performance of the team

+ Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customers

Functional Skills: Understanding of the Real Estate Business, Build and handle a strong network of connections, Knowledge of competition, pricing, market trends and CRM practices, Exposure to primary sales, Tech Savvy
