Roles And Responsibility:
Handled all aspects of the recruitment, Specially in BFSI SECTOR.
Sourcing & Screening of candidates through Job Portals, Mail Blasting, professional sites, networking, head hunting, Employee References.
Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.
Scheduling Interviews and Follow-ups with candidates
Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis
Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
Taking Care of offer release and documentation
Follow up with the candidate's post-offer stage and keep them warm to ensure offer conversion.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Good Communication skills in English (Both Written & Oral)
Good interpersonal skills
High on energy level and should be target oriented with a strong will to achieve.
Good computer knowledge.
